Impact.com Integration

The Impact.com integration is optional. It is not required for the core functionalities of the app. If you don’t need it, you can safely ignore the integration setup.

When to Use Impact.com Integration

• If you only need to track online sales (one-time purchases or subscription purchases), you can use the Impact Shopify app directly:

  👉 Install the Impact app from the Shopify App Store

• If you also want to track recurring subscription sales, then you must complete the integration setup inside the Torosachi Subscription app.

Setup Instructions for Tracking Recurring Orders

1. Install the Impact Shopify app

   • This app will track one-time purchases and initial subscription purchases.

2. Enable Integration in Torosachi Subscription App

   • Navigate to the Impact Integration tab in the Torosachi Subscription app.
   • Enter the required credentials provided by Impact.com.

• Save your settings.

3. Tracking Behavior
   • Without integration → Only initial subscription purchases are tracked by the Impact app.
   • With integration enabled → Recurring subscription sales will also be tracked via the Impact.com Conversion API.

Important Note

• Skipping this integration will not affect the app’s main subscription functionalities.
• Integration is only necessary if you need recurring sales attribution in Impact.com.
